Is VAT included in the prices?

No — all prices shown exclude VAT. UK VAT is added to invoices at the prevailing rate.

Can multiple people from our organisation join?

Yes — Local Provider and Support Member memberships cover everyone in your organisation. Individual Member is for one named professional.

Is there a discount for smaller organisations or SMEs?

Yes — pricing is structured by organisation size, so smaller bodies pay less. Send us an enquiry and we’ll quote against your actuals.

What is the 5% training discount?

All members get 5% off our sector training courses, applied automatically at checkout when logged in.

How do I pay and how long is the membership?

Memberships run for 12 months from the date of activation and are invoiced annually in advance. Bank transfer and card payment are both supported.
